Platform Overview

Platform Overview

What BusyBots is, the three pillars that power the platform, and who it's built for.

BusyBots is an AI-native CRM built around multi-channel AI agents. Instead of bolting a chatbot onto a traditional CRM, agents, automation, and your customer data all live in one platform from day one.

Three pillars

1. AI voice agents

Create AI agents that answer phone calls, take web voice calls, and (soon) handle text, email, WhatsApp, and SMS — all running on Retell AI's enterprise telephony infrastructure. Choose your agent's conversation style (single prompt, multi-state, or a visual conversation flow builder), pick a voice, and connect a phone number. See Your First Voice Agent.

2. BusyBot — your built-in AI assistant

Every organization gets BusyBot: an AI assistant that lives in your dashboard, on Telegram, and in a voice widget. Ask it to look up a contact, create a deal, summarize your pipeline, or generate a report — it has direct access to your CRM data through dozens of built-in tools. See BusyBot Overview.

3. Workflow automation

Behind the scenes, n8n powers the heavier automation — enrichment, scoring, scheduled reports, and multi-step workflows — so your dashboard and agents stay fast while complex work happens in the background.

The CRM underneath

All three pillars sit on top of a full CRM: contacts, a sales pipeline (deals), projects and tasks, notes, and team collaboration. Every conversation your agents have — voice, text, or otherwise — automatically becomes CRM data. See CRM Quick Start.

Who it's for

BusyBots is built for teams who want AI agents to actually do something with their customer data, not just answer questions in isolation — sales teams, service businesses, and any organization that wants a phone line, a chatbot, and a CRM that already know each other.

Pricing

BusyBots uses flat monthly pricing per plan — there's no per-minute voice billing to track.
