Our Story

AI that finally answers the phone

Home services, medical and dental practices, real estate teams, restaurants, firearms retailers — most phone-heavy businesses are buried in calls and admin work, and every unanswered ring is revenue walking out the door. BusyBots is our bet on an AI-native alternative: voice agents, a built-in AI assistant, and workflow automation working together for one flat monthly rate, not per-minute pricing.

Our vision

"An AI workforce that answers the phone, remembers everything, and gets to work the moment a customer calls."

Traditional CRMs are built to store what happened after a human already did the work. We're building an AI-native platform where three things work together from day one: AI voice agents that answer and make calls, BusyBot — a built-in assistant that researches, writes, and takes action — and workflow automation that turns routine admin into background work.

We're early. BusyBots is in early access, and we're onboarding founding customers in small batches so we can set up each account by hand and shape the product around what phone-heavy businesses actually need.

How we got here

01

The problem

We watched phone-heavy businesses — service companies, medical and dental offices, real estate teams, restaurants — bury good leads under voicemail and missed calls. Every ring they couldn't answer was revenue walking away.

02

The build

We set out to build an AI-native platform from scratch: voice agents on real phone lines, a built-in AI assistant, and workflow automation, unified in one CRM — at a flat monthly rate instead of per-minute billing.

03

Early access

BusyBots is in early access today. We're onboarding founding customers in small batches, setting up each account hands-on, and shaping the product around what they actually need.

"We believe AI should enhance human relationships, not replace them."
